Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 26, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of watch-straps.eu and purchases made through the Website. Please read them carefully before placing an Order.

1. Trader information

The Website is operated by:

In these Terms, “Company”, “We”, “Us” and “Our” refer to Webmate Ltd. “You” and “Customer” refer to the person using the Website or placing an Order. “Consumer” means a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

2. Scope and acceptance

By using the Website or placing an Order, You agree to these Terms. These Terms apply together with Our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If You place an Order on behalf of a legal entity, You confirm that You are authorized to bind that entity.

3. Products and product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colours, materials, compatibility information, images, prices and availability accurately. The appearance of colours may vary depending on Your device. Minor variations that do not affect the product’s essential characteristics may occur.

If We discover a material error in a product description, price or availability after You place an Order, We will contact You promptly. We will not replace a product or charge a different price without Your express agreement.

4. Orders and conclusion of the contract

To place an Order, You must provide complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You are responsible for checking the products, quantities, delivery address and payment method before submitting the Order.

An automated acknowledgement that We have received Your Order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted. The sales contract is concluded when We expressly confirm acceptance of the Order or dispatch the Goods, whichever occurs first.

You may request a change or cancellation as soon as possible after ordering. We normally process Orders within a few business hours and cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after the Order has been packed or dispatched. This does not affect a Consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal described below.

We may refuse or cancel an Order before acceptance where, for example:

  • the Goods are unavailable;
  • there is an obvious error in the price or product information;
  • the billing or delivery information is incomplete or incorrect;
  • payment is not authorized; or
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment or unlawful activity.

If We cancel an Order after receiving payment, We will refund the amount paid without undue delay using the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed.

5. Prices, taxes and delivery charges

Prices displayed on the Website include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges are shown before You submit the Order.

We may change prices before an Order is placed. The price of an accepted Order will not be changed unless You expressly agree to the change. For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination country, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Payment

The payment methods available for Your destination are displayed at checkout. They may include payment by credit or debit card and, for certain countries, cash on delivery.

Where online card payment is available, it is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited or another payment provider identified at checkout. We do not receive or store Your full card details. Card payments are subject to authorization by the card issuer. If authorization is refused, We are not obliged to dispatch the Order.

7. Delivery

Available destinations, estimated delivery times and delivery charges are published in Our Shipping & Returns Policy and may also be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless We expressly agree on a fixed date.

Unless another period is agreed, We will deliver the Goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract. If delivery is materially delayed, please contact Us so that We can investigate and, where applicable, agree a new delivery period or cancel and refund the Order in accordance with applicable law.

The risk of loss or damage passes to a Consumer when the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Goods.

8. Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for Consumers

If You are a Consumer in the European Union or another country whose mandatory law provides an equivalent right, You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which You, or a third party designated by You other than the carrier, receives the Goods. If one Order contains Goods delivered separately, the period starts when the last Good is received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, You must inform Us of Your decision by an unequivocal statement before the 14-day period expires. You may use Our return request form or contact Us by email. Using the form is recommended but is not mandatory for exercising the statutory right.

You must send the Goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing Us of the withdrawal. Unless We agree otherwise, You bear the direct cost of returning Goods under the right of withdrawal. We bear the return cost where the Goods are defective, damaged on delivery or incorrect.

You may inspect and handle the Goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as You could in a physical shop. You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary. Opening the packaging does not by itself remove the statutory right of withdrawal. Please return all parts, accessories, instructions and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging.

We will reimburse all payments received from You, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for the Order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which We are informed of Your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until We receive the Goods or You provide evidence that You have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Additional costs resulting from Your choice of a delivery method more expensive than Our standard delivery are not reimbursed.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless You expressly agree otherwise, and without a reimbursement fee. For cash-on-delivery Orders, We may request bank account details so that the refund can be made by bank transfer. Store credit may be issued only if You expressly choose it.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized, and to any other cases expressly excluded by mandatory applicable law.

9. Additional 30-day return policy

In addition to the statutory 14-day right described above, We voluntarily allow eligible Goods to be returned or exchanged when the return is initiated within 30 days after receipt.

For returns initiated after the statutory 14-day period and no later than day 30:

  • the Goods must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, complete and in resaleable condition;
  • product tags and the original packaging must be intact, except where the Goods were received damaged;
  • You bear the direct return cost, unless We agree otherwise;
  • the voluntary refund covers the price of the returned Goods; the original delivery charge is not refunded unless required by law; and
  • exchanges are subject to availability and any price difference.

Please initiate the return through Our return request form. We will provide return instructions. We recommend using a tracked service because You remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches Us.

This voluntary policy does not restrict the statutory right of withdrawal or any rights relating to defective or non-conforming Goods.

10. Defective, damaged or non-conforming Goods

Consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery of the Goods. If Goods are defective, damaged on delivery, not as described or otherwise non-conforming, please contact Us and provide the Order details and a description of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, You may be entitled to repair or replacement free of charge or, where those remedies are impossible, disproportionate, not completed within a reasonable time or cause significant inconvenience, to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund. We bear the necessary return costs for defective, damaged or incorrect Goods.

Commercial warranties, if offered for a particular product, are additional to and do not limit the legal guarantee.

11. Promotions

Promotions may be subject to separate rules displayed with the relevant offer. If promotional rules conflict with these Terms, the promotional rules apply to that Promotion, but they cannot limit mandatory Consumer rights.

If Goods purchased as part of a multi-item or conditional discount are returned, the refund may be recalculated to reflect the conditions of the Promotion and the Goods retained by You.

12. User accounts

If You create an account, You must provide accurate and current information, keep Your login credentials confidential and notify Us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or a material breach of these Terms. Closing an account does not affect completed Orders or mandatory Consumer rights.

13. Intellectual property, third-party links and liability

The Website and its original content, design, graphics, logos and other protected materials belong to Us or Our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except as permitted by law.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control their content or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. You should review the terms and privacy policies of those websites.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory Consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, We are not liable for losses caused by events outside Our reasonable control or for indirect business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was concluded.

14. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with Our Privacy Policy. Data necessary to process payment, deliver an Order or provide support may be shared with payment providers, couriers and other service providers for those purposes.

15. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution

If You have a complaint, please contact Us first at info@watch-straps.eu or through Our contact form so that We can try to resolve it directly.

Consumers may also submit a complaint to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission at https://kzp.bg and may request alternative dispute resolution through the competent conciliation commission after first referring the dispute to Us. A current list of recognized consumer dispute resolution bodies in the EU is available at the European Commission’s Consumer Redress website.

The former European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025 and is no longer available for submitting complaints.

16. Applicable law, courts and language

These Terms and contracts concluded through the Website are governed by Bulgarian law. If You are a Consumer, this choice does not deprive You of mandatory protection granted by the law of the country in which You habitually reside. You may bring proceedings before any court competent under applicable Consumer law.

These Terms may be available in several languages. The English version is the reference version in the event of an inconsistency, without prejudice to mandatory rights and protections applicable to Consumers.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision once does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary due to changes in law, Our services or Our business processes. The version applicable to an Order is the version available when the Order was placed. Material changes affecting registered users will be communicated by reasonable means where required by law.
