Orders are processed within a few hours of receipt (in business days). If you need to cancel or change an order, you must make any changes within 2 hours of your order time otherwise your order might already be packed and ready to ship.
Delivery lead times to international addresses will vary according to destination but we will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that all products will be delivered within the time ranges listed below. In the event that your order has been despatched by us but has not arrived within the estimated delivery time range, please contact us.

Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can send the undesired item(s) back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To return or exchange your product, please make sure the reference tag is on the product and the product is in its original packaging (unless it is damaged).
In order for us to accept your return, please keep in mind:
- The product must be brand new and not have been used at all. The packaging must be undamaged;
- Returns are paid for by the client. Items will only be accepted if the condition is 'good as new' and resaleable;
- In case of a refund, we guarantee it will be done in the 15 days following the reception of your package.
